World Cup Smart Cards is a personal sticker-tracking application for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Panini album. It operates entirely offline and locally on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server.

The application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information you record (owned stickers, duplicates, trades) is saved exclusively in local storage on your device and never leaves it.

6. Legal Basis — United States (CCPA / CPRA)

For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) apply.

The application itself collects no personal information. The AdMob SDK may collect personal information as a service provider for advertising purposes.

For other US states with applicable privacy laws (Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Texas TDPSA, etc.), equivalent rights are honoured to the extent required by law.

7. Data Retention

Data generated locally by the application remains on your device until the app is uninstalled or you use the "Reset collection" function. Data processed by AdMob is subject to Google's retention policy.

Local app data is stored in the application's private SQLite database, protected by Android and iOS sandboxing mechanisms, accessible only by this application.

9. Children's Privacy

This application is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EEA where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us immediately.
